Aluminate Cement Ca-50 Fused,is produced by melting selected high quality bauxite and fine limestone in electric furnace,cooling,and then being ground in ball mill.Ca50 Fused has the characteristic of high and early strength and high flowability so that it is suitable to formulate refractory castable of high performance and be used in chemical structure.

Performance and uses:

1. The main phase Ca content approx.70-80%
2. Has long initial setting time and long work time
3. The interval of initial setting time and final setting time is short,it is availed to improve the strength and to remove the mould.
4. The Good flowability could improve the work performance of concerete effectively.
5. Impurity content is lower,The strength of middle temperature down exten lesser.
6. A perfect bond for formulating rapid hardening high sttength and good flowability refractory castable.
7. The bond for formulating gunning material with resistance to abrasion and mechanical skock and resistance to elevated temperature.
8. Formulating for self-flowing ground materials
9. Formulating for rapid hardening mortar,ceramic tile paste agent,stop water project materials.
